As with a motherboard, it would be wise to get an SSD from Taobao too. Prices are absolutely the lowest you can find anywhere.
I previously bought a 120GB SSD from Amazon for S$32, but on Taobao, one can get a 120GB SSD for under S$20. I got this one for 95 Yuan (S$19). The name of the brand is lame like most Chinese brand names – KingCoco, but who cares when it’s cheap. I chose this one because they include the SATA power cable which I need to plug it into a desktop machine. They even include a mounting bracket.
It worked perfectly within the cheap system I just set up, happy.
